Motive recommends 500 easy miles i believe with no constant speeds between 50-60 mph. And change gear oil after your 500 is done. Also, heat cycle twice the first time out with them, drive 20 mins, park, drive 20 mins, park. Have fun.

lol oh well, i knew it probably wasnt gonna happen but it was worth asking. i cant pick it up tonight, but tomorrow itll be nice out and me and a few people are going to a little back road cruise to break my gears in. all the twisties will provide a nice arena for no constant/high speeds. thanks for the help man! any special oil i should be using/recommended after the 500 miles?

Take it to the track, their gears, if you are installing new bearings you may want to take it easy for a bit till they seat but thats it. Just break them in the same way you did when she was new and your set.
