rear end knock?
rear end knock? I have a stock 10 bolt with 3.23's I accidentally did a launch with traction control on and when I turn it sounds kind of like its knocking like something is loose or bouncing around. Well I ended up doing a burnout yesterday and now its even worse. When I am on the throttle steadily its fine if I let off its not as loud but still noticable and when I turn its the worst. Any ideas?

well i would jack the car up and do the tire shake first, pushing in and out and listen. a little movement is average. in my opinion i would say either you have a carrier bearing taking a crap or a broken tooth. i would lean toward a bearing i have built hundreds of diffs and have seen every piece fail. just take the cover off and look and you will see. 10 bolts to discovery.
I know my car and a few locals have had the same problem, the bolt that goes in the yoke, i cant think of the name, it becomes loose and you have to re tighten it. All you have to do is pull the driveshaft off and then you will see the bolt, just tighten it.. atleast that was my problem.
