Help indentifying 9" dif. Bought it to use in a 9" build I'm doing for my street/strip car. Came out of a cheater dirt track modified (circle track) gear. Supposed to be some sort of locker. They claim they bought it brand new out of Jegs (or Summit) for $400-$500.
Anybody have any clue what it is?
There is nothing on it to identify it by.

The external appearances are the same.
I can see that what you have is a Tru trak . But I cannot tell nor do I know if the one you have pictured is specific for circle track racing or is high biased or a normal tru trak.

Sweet....Thanks for the help guys. I'm happy it is a TrueTrac. I know some people are having problems with them, but it seems like most of the problems come from later ones. And for what I gave for the unit ($25), it seems like I can't lose a whole lot....even if it breaks.
