Tcs?? Hi all, have a 2 quick questions.
my 2:73 10 bolt is about to grenade and I'm looking at getting a 3:23 replacement rear and it is an ABS/TCS rear from a Z, before someone says buy a 9 or a 12 that is way way out of budget so please don't suggest it.
onto the questions:
my Formy does not have a TCS button on the console, but when I turn the key on one of the lights is LOW TRAC.
did these cars have TCS without the button?
I have not lifted the car up to look at the top of the pumpkin to verify 3 or 4 channel, is there an RPO code on the door that would say it came with TCS?

ok, one more question.
since the rear is a 4 channel I know the ABS will not work on it, but will this affect the entire ABS system?
ABS wont work in the rear, will it still function in the front?

That's a great question. It will not work with only the front sensors, but I think you can rig it up for the ABS to function.
Use the LR speed sensor (black & red) as a signal for your 3 channel system. You will also need to retrofit a single brake line junction block at the rear end because the 4 channel uses 2 flex lines, and you only need one.
I think this could work.
