Moser 9" Question..... Got my 9" today. Started assembly. Now my question is: on the press ring, does the tapered side go into the tube or towards the wheel? And the bearing instructions say "o-ring facing wheel" what o-ring??

I think this is what you are talking about. This is how your axle tube seals should look:
And this is what they are talking about when it comes to the o-ring. Assuming that your bearings have the o-ring. Put the bearings on w/ the o-ring towards the outside of the car rather than towards the inside. Like this:
