9 in whine?

Hey Guys,

Just got my LS7, 9 in and re-balanced PST drivshaft installed. The 9in seems to whine at 50 mph and above. I get some vibration as well around 60-100.

Any recomendations or suggestions?

The vibrations are at 60 and 100 or 60 to 100 and then it's gone....

if it comes in at 60 and leaves at say 68, and then comes in at 100 ? explain... whats the ratio

Ratio is 3.89, the whine is noticable at 60 and gets worse all the way to 100. Haven't taken it past that, as the vibrations and sound get worrysome as you progress in speed.

Took it down and it looks like everything is fine? It's a new rear on a new driveshaft with new bearings?

Do you have a spool? That could possibly be what is vibrating at higher speeds. Mine vibrates a little bit at high crusing speeds. I also have whine at 60mph. Not very noticeable, but it's there.
