U-Joint Replacement Rule of Thumb? Didn't find this, which should be added to the sticky -- what is the U-Joint Replacement Rule of Thumb? How do you know if they should be changed, maybe some pics of worn ones Vs. serviceable ones?

Any time I have had problems with a U-Joint in any car it has been noticable. If its the front, the shifter will shake and vibrate a lot and you will feel the rear vibrate and also hear a clunk when putting it into gear.
Tonight I jacked my 98 Z up and made sure I didn't have any slack in the joints by slowly moving the Drivashaft back and forth and watching for any movement in the joint.
