Has anyone used these on a stock 1993-1997 10-Bolt with 3 Channel ABS and disk brakes?

Because it's already in the car, he doesn't have enough power to justify spending the $$$$ to get one, doesn't plan on making a lot of power, or he doesn't have the $$$$ to get one
