Default Wavetrac and Spool Axles

I had a spool and just bought a wavetrac. The passenger side went in fine without a problem but the drivers side is sticking out about 3 inches. Is the drivers side axle length different with a spool than a wavetrac?

Edit: only sticks out about 3 inches

I got it figured out. Had the axles on the wrong sides.....

For some reason I thought the drivers side was longer. Doh!

Ryan, I'm glad you received the new center section yesterday. Thanks for the order and have a Merry Christmas! Bob

You are going to enjoy the Wavetrac for sure. You still want to check to make sure your axles are not bottoming out with the Wavetrac. We use different axle lengths based off what type of differential someone is using.

They fit pretty good. I let the wheels go for a bit while it was on jack stands and nothing seemed off. I did that for awhile a few times. I then drove it out of the garage and parked it back outside. Just driving it in the driveway was a lot better than the spool. I've put 0.008 miles on it and already like it more.

I think the 3.75 wavetrac will be perfect for my future plans.

Thanks again Bob.
