Possible rear end issues I have a mostly stock 2000 WS6 M6 other than the GMMG exhaust, SLP intake, and Hypertech programming. In the past year or two, I have noticed noise coming from the rear whenever I turn left. I also noticed that there is some play moving the axles in and out. I am thinking that I may need a new rear end in the near future. I have heard good things about the MWC rears on this forum, and if I am going to put money into the car, I'd rather upgrade than replace with the OEM parts that will break again. Any suggestions from people with similar issues or with MWC rears? I am not really sure what the process would be in replacing it. I would probably not do the work myself. I would like to use different gears while I am at it (maybe 3.90's). Does MWC do the work or do I need to find a shop in the area? Will they be able to re-program the speedo for the new gear ratio? Thanks for any input.
