Default s60 questions

So I'm looking at Speedinc to go with an s60 because they're close and very competitively priced.

Now my question is, there is about a $300 difference between 2 options, the more expensive being with the True Track and the cheaper being a lightweight spool with Hy Tuff Axles.

With both I can choose my gear ratio which I may keep at 3.73.

Also with the spool, I have to choose between 35 and 40 spline. I don't know which I would want.

This car does not plan on seeing very much street time, maybe 2-3 miles a week.

Please guide me in the right direction which choice should I go with.

No sarcasm intended but if things don't turn out like You planned wont You go back to Speed Inc to get things resolved?
Wouldn't it be better asking their advice to these questions if You expect them to answer to the results after the sale?
Once again this is not intended as sarcasm.

What diameter are the 40 spline axles? I know the 35's are 1 1/2.
