The lower picture shows the carrier bearings, crush sleeve and pinion bearings. Also has the gasket sealer, thread sealer, marking paste for setting the ring and pinion and some shims. It's a complete installation kit.
The pinion has a large and small bearing, both tapered roller bearings.

OP if your question is to the first picture that is the race and cone,( may be called the roller) when mated together they become the "bearing"
the race is pressed into the housing (pinion support), cone/roller is pressed onto the pinion
