Default 3 channel and 4 channel

Hey guys my car was a auto car and had a 3 channel rear in it. Then I swapped it out for a 9" well I am over the hole race car thing so I sold the 9" in and we have a 4 channel in a parts car out of a SS that we are putting in it. So my questions are whats the difference besides I won't have traction control. Are the brake lines different cause I will be ordering new ones so I will need to know which lines to get. Also are the ebrake cables the same and are they ran the same for both rear ends?

So here's my questions
Will the brake lines from a 4 channel work on a 3 channel car or are they different? Also are all the ebrake lines te same on both rears?
