4:10 install
4:10 install Trying to install a set of 4:10's in my 10bolt 99 camaro and everything went together right except for the block that spaces the axles so they cant slide in. Mine is hitting on the passenger side gear that the axle slides into and then hits the ring gear teeth. It almost seems like it needs milled down? any help would be appreciated.

i just put 4.56's in my 02 hawk a couple weeks ago,and of course i ran into the same problem as you. Did a quick search an found that slp made a coustom pin to solve this problem. so i called them up and it had been dicontinued long ago, but his answer was that "back in the day when they were biulding/coutomizing the cars originally, and before there coustom pin, they would simply take a ginder/sander and releave it in correct places to make it fit".
i followed the instructions even though i didn't want to at first. IT WORKED.
i used a very fine sanding disc on a die-grinder, (smooth transitions).
