Default Hotchkis rear sway bar clearing a TA Performance cover

I have tried a search on this and did not find much. As it turns out, my Hotchkis rear sway bar does not clear the TA cover for my 10 bolt. Has anybody else experienced this? I gave Hotchkis tech a call and they told me this was the first phone call they have received about a problem. The tech department there was great to deal with, but I was surprised they have not heard about this... unless I am the only one with the problem. Any thoughts?

The engineers at Hotchkis said they don't think moving this particular bar lower would solve the problem. Sjsingle1, your set up looks great! TSP said a host of other bars will fit and it looks like I may be going down that road.
