Default Few 12/9" questions

been doing some digging on here as to what new unit would be the way to go 12blt/9". have a few questions. car lays down 700rwhp and is 95% street used and abused and will see the track maybe 3 times a year. no slicks just soft wide street tires (335), m6 trans

with the 12 people are makeing mention of noise after a few hard launches, is it just noisy? do they fail quicker? at very low MI?
cant see any yay/nah on the c clip option. I know haveing them eliminated is stronger but limits brake options. do they make a large difference in life of the unit?

every post on the 9" seems to make mention of power loss/ weight. was it noticeable? my car is super peaky and kinda a dog down low.

"... people are makeing mention of noise after a few hard launches.."

I think this is caused by slack is gear mash as the crush sleeve gains slack after a few hard launches, I like to use a solid sleeve

I have a lot of info on it at the above link. I don't see you noticing any loss in power if you install a nine inch. Bob

I have a 12 bolt. With a M6 I recommend you go to a 9" with anything over 500rwhp. I even twisted the 33 spline Moser axles.

I cut 1.48sec 60's and broke it twice. It dead hooks with 6500rpm dumps.

If you had an auto, then I would say no problem.

My MWC 9" is coming soon.
