Rattling noise

Rattling noise I have a loud rattling noise, like metal clanging together, whenever i am going over rough pavement and i have the brakes on. It is most noticable when i am going 25 mph or slower. I have checked the exhaust and driveshaft but both seem to be tight. I had the rear axle bearings replaced but this did not help. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be? Thnx for your help.

I think there was a TSB on the rear backing plates for 01 and 12 camaros and firebirds, something about the bolts being under torqued. If Im not mistaken check out this site.http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/pr.../tsbsearch.cfm. hope that helps.
