Default From 3.23 to 3.73

I had a 02 ta with cam and 3600 rpm stall. It made 432rwhp and 384 rwtq. Will it be better to put 3.73 because I'm running stock 3.23?

Yes, you will lose some traction off the track, but you will feel the car accelerate much better.

I did that when I had my factory 10 bolt and it made a huge difference. A lot better acceleration. Traction wasn't an issue since I'm running 315's in the back but they are nice gears.

And they will keep you in your cam's power band a little better as well.

3.73s will help your car get moving with less rpm from the converter, you'll likely notice the difference instantly, SOTP will feel better, and cruise rpm on the hwy will go up about 500 rpm.

^^You'll likely find mixed reviews on that. It definitely doesn't hurt E.T.s.....
