rear end abs
i have a 4 channel rear( i have tcs). do i have abs? How can i tell? If i do have abs can i use a rear without abs? is there any disadvantages with no abs?

Yes you have ABS, the speed sensors at the 4 wheels provide the information for speed differences between wheels providing both traction control, and anti lock brakes. Three channel systems can't tell when a wheel is slipping under acceleration as it can't differentiate between the rear wheels' speeds.
You can use a non-abs rear, and that will disable ABS completely. How much does that matter? Some people hate abs, and there are kits to delete it. It will fall back to a default brake bias, though I can't recall when that proportioning is.

If you want to save your self the hassle of opening the brake system and running new brake lines you can carefully separate the hard lines from your current axle and hang the brake calipers still attached.
There are several clip that hold the brake lines to the existing existing axle, along with a bracket that attaches to the flex lines to the housing from the body. When you're done putting the new axle in attach the lines to it.
