Default Moser M9 Housing

I havent seen any photos of the rear housing that will allow an aftermarket UMI, BMR etc torque arm to be used. Is this the case that you will need a Moser Torque Arm Kit or can you use the Torque Arms from the various mfg that use the stock mounting points?

the m9 is only compatible with its own torque arm.

Joe, are you referring to the Moser fabricated rear? The reason I ask is that I've seen people called the standard Moser 9 inch an M9, which is incorrect? Bob

Standard Moser 9 inch

Moser M9

The M9 is taller than the standard housing and does require the dedicated Moser M9 torque arm. Bob

OP you can sell your current UMI torque arm and make some of your money back, that's what I did when decided to go with a MWC 9".

Like Bob mentioned, the M9 requires the use of the Moser torque arm. A standard 9" will work with the UMI torque arm with no issues.

I recommend to speak with Bob @ Brute Speed to see which is best for you. We have used Moser for years and have always had great luck.

I hope that helps,
Ryan

The driveshaft actually needs to be one inch longer. Bob
