getting a rear! ok so you guys have convinced me to save up and get a rear as my next mod, ive been told 9 inch is the way to go, but the only thing is i have no idea where to go to get the best price, to get used or new, what brand ect... thinking of getting a 4.11 gear and i want to be able to use it with stock sway bar and brakes. Any help will be greatly appreciated, cant wait to drop 2+k on this thing

Be prepared to spend at least 3k. You'll want some options, and they start to add up. Midwest Chassis is the only way to go IMO. Its the same price as a cast 9" or 12 bolt but is a fabricated housing and comes with a torque arm.
Do your shopping, then check us out. You will see in the end that the MWC fabricated 9 inch package is by far the best value. You can not buy a more complete bolt-in rearend for your f-body car. The MWC rearend has many features included at no extra cost, and some of these features are not even offered by the other guys. The MWC rearend even includes all new hardware for your torque arm, LCA's, Panhard bard, sway bar, etc. Just this is a huge asset when it comes time to do your install... no muffler clamps for your sway bar and no cable ties for your brake lines!
