Newbie Gear Question Need some help with a decision about putting 4.10's in my M6. First of all, I found a kit on www.thunderracing.com that includes Motive gears, Ratech complete install kit, 2 quarts red line oil, bottle GM diff additive, TA girdle and studs for 400 bucks. Or I can upgrade to Richmond gears for another 20 bucks.
Does this kit have everything I am going to need? Which gears are better, Richmond or Motive? Is this going to affect my ABS? How do I get the speedo and odometer adjusted? Are there going to be traction issues? What gains can I expect to get from this? And finally, what size rearend does my car have? I am assuming it is 7.5". It is stock with 3.42's.
I know this is a lot of questions, but hopefully someone who has already done this can hook me up. I have a guy standing by who will install them for 150 bucks. And I assure you he knows what he is doing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot.

that seems like a good deal from THUNDER...
abs- there shouldnt be a problem...
traction- depends on mods and how hard you drive
adjusting- get HPP3 or another to change that
gains???- the car will feal faster! but not a big gain....i love my 4:10 gears!
