Default 9 inch/Ebrake ?

9 inch guys how did you hook up your ebrake? I have factory brakes and it seems using the cable mount on the back of the LCA mount like stock allows too much slack (not sure how) basically I have no ebrake and don't know why. Any tips?

i cut the bracket where the 2 welds hold it together and only used the side that the cable actually hooks to, cuz mine wouldn't fit over the lower control arm brackets past the bottom setting, my e brake works fine and now i can move it up and down on the holes if i have to, but i have mine on the 2nd to lowest setting and its good

Wanted to update this and report back. After cutting brackets, making brackets for the lines and adjusting like a mad man I still had no ebrake travel. turns out the "tensioner" in the console wasn't grabbing so I wasted about an hour and a half. All good and shoot now its basically perfect. Thanks for the cutting tip all works great!
