S60 install took my time (had to here in missouri it was 110 degrees in my garage)it was slick,slick, slick, everything fit up perfectly. brake lines i thought would be a problem weren't!!! just hooked them up to the calipers first then lined the lines up with the strange provided fold down tabs, mounted my (t) fitting then used a rubber hammer to beat the brake lines into position. was easy the stock lines are protected with an outer spring that is very forgiving. the E-brake brackets are an easy fix if you get the bmr lowering kit watch how much you cut off and drill ahole in the back to thru bolt for added support on the back of the lca brackets hope this helps someone else . don't be afraid to bend the brake lines they are somwhat forgiving but an element of finesse is still involved . bryan from Ga. pictures really helped me. the oldman.....

i stayed relatively stock, 3.54 gears,1/2 x 20 x 2 inch wheel studs, s-trac stock length,1350 yoke,and chromoly driveshaft.mostly daily driver i cruise the highway mostly,changing gears from 6th down to 4th is why i went with the 3.54 . it's when i'm cruising at around 80 mph (safely of course) the rpm change from 6 to 5 to 4th is not so dramatic with 3.54 . i had 3.23 still in the 10 bolt after 6spd swap so i should feel something different. also i'm gonna go down the drag strip and see what it will do. not a hole shot car obviously but should be fun all the same... the oldman...
