Strange engineering s trac help

Just installed my s trac assembled by strange. I noticed that when I move the driver's side axle the pinion yoke will rotate, but no when i rotate the passenger. Tried turning the pinion yoke (1/4 to 1/2 rotation) and only the driver's side axle spins. Tried switching axles to put the longer axle in the passenger side thinking the axles were ordered wrong. still nothing. Is this the nature of the S trac or is something wrong.

I'm sure it's just my lack of knowledge but would appreciate some input.

Perfectly normal. (Any) Posi-trac does NOT equal spool. That's how posis react in the air.
