Default Which carrier?
How do I know which series carrier I have? I have a 99 z28 a4 but not sure what stock gears it came with? Any info would help..

I have a 99 Formula. I know it's not the same vehicle but more than likely it's the same gear and carrier - 2.73 gears with a series 2 carrier. Don't quote me, though haha

the option sticker codes for rears:GU2=2.73,GU5=3.23,GU6=3.42

Also if you have ABS and no ASR you have a 3 channel
ABS and ASR is 4 channel.
I have a 98 Z28 A4 with 2.73s and a 3 channel.

I'm upgrading temporarily to a 3 Channel with 3.73s until I can get my 9"
