Ford 9" rearend

What would it take to fit a ford 9" on my hawk? I have one not sure what it came off of and ive been wanting to put it on but not sure how to go about it anyone whos done this please let me know thanks

search search search...people do these 9in. rear ends all the time..they will not bolt right in obviously..youll need brackets to weld on, axles, and more, you may be better off just buying a unit from one of our sponsors!

Agreed^ With patience and good mechanic skills it can be done. Try searching for another thread. People have done this alot.

I doubt you can build one as cheap as you can buy one. $995 housing, axles and torque arm mount from quick performance. axles alone are around $400. Its around $200 to have one narrowed , nice brackets from racecraft or others $250 ,axles $400.... and the list goes on.
