Default 4 to 3 channel conversion?????

So here is my problem I recently purchased a 98 trans am. The previous owner blew up the 3 channel diff and installed a 4 channel with 4.10s since that was what he could find at the time. Has anybody come up with a signal translator since I would like to keep the current axle since the 4.10s don't make any gear noise.

No ! Common problem. Signal not convertable to a 3 channel signal.
Converting a 3 channel rearend to work in a 4 channel car requires just putting/installing the 4 channel backing plates and axles into the 3 channel rearend.
Converting a 4 channel rearend to work in a 3 channel car requires installing the 3 channel reluctor ring onto the carrier and putting/drilling/reaming a hole in the housing for the sensor with its' o-ring seal.
