Default Another 8.8

Hey guys,
Just sent hiltsy some denaro for his bracket ta setup. Ive built alot of 8.8 for s10's including my own drag truck.
Will be cutting 3'' on long side and putting short side axle in both ends like I do in the s10. Going to measure brackets off my little rear in my 2000 z28 and burning my own on a buddys plasma table. I plan on making and easy bracket kit like racecraft but my own design.
I run a mini spool in my 7.40 1/8 truck on this rear end with 4.10 on 28.5 10.5 15 and havent had even a second thought on the rear end.
Ive been reading alot about the abs and can hopefully try and help with a solution to this as well. Ill post pics when I start and hopefully can turn and burn on this asap.

That's what I did. Used two short side axles. You will need a 15x10 3.5 bs wheel. cut out bump stops and bfh everything or mini tub.I used explorer brakes also

I bought the yukon ultimate 88 kit for my explorer 8.8. I should have shortened the long side to keep the wheels under the fenders better but the kit came with the stock axles. Im running a full spool with 4.10's and 28x13.5x15 tires in my s10. Should pull hard this year. The brackets with the plasma table is a good idea too! These are seriously larger rears than the stock 7.5 10 bolt!
