Rear rattle/knocking

Rear rattle/knocking I'm getting a rattle/ knocking coming from the rear end whenever I'm out of the gas.. It sounds like, and most likely is from the axles moving about. Its an 02 Z28 LS1 A4 and has the stock Zexel Torsen with 2.73's. I've read that since these posi's have no clutches to keep pressure on the axles, that this is normal. It seems to be getting worse over the last few weeks with a few track passes as well. Car has 70k miles on it. Car also has TC.
Building another 10 bolt over the winter with 3.73's, relocation brackets and a gurdle. Need the know is there something I can do with the new rear to prevent this from happening again. Thanks

pull the cover and at least take a look for anything obviously wrong.
loose or missing ring gear bolts(they're left hand thread)
loose or missing torsen end cap bolts
pinion rotational marks on the torsen case
is the torsen moveable left/right to indicate bad carrier bearings

I've only had the car for 2 months and so far I'm not a fan of the torsen! My last Camaro (Iroc) had an Auburn and I loved it! Don't know much about this diff..It will spin both wheels going straight, but likes to do one wheel peels when turning right and sometimes left. Maybe its just worn out

(Whether they are in our weak 10 bolts, or even something MUCH MUCH stronger.)They were first and foremost designed to be a cornering/handling aid type diff, at least the high bias T2R had this in mind (the stockers on '99-'02s were T2s).
