It's been shy of 2 years since i last changed the diff oil. Doing it today and got alot of metal shavings on magnet. Would you say this is normal wear and tear? Or should i be worried and start looking at redoing the diff soon. Stock 10 bolt. 119k miles on it.

NORMAL. they look like 'shavings' because the particles are being held in line by the 'magnetic force lines'. If/when you remove them from the magnet, they'll be nothing but iron dust.
