Ring and Pinion Shaft Diameter?

Ring and Pinion Shaft Diameter? I am trying to choose a 4.10 gear set for my 2000 Trans Am WS6. I am wondering about the opinions between Moser, Richmond, and Summit Racing gear sets for 4.10 gears. Also when looking at the gears there is a spec about the gears that change between the sets. The ring and pinion shaft diameter size change. I am confused on what size I need or if it matters.
I am also looking for a melling oil pump and how to install plus other mods I may need.
I've heard melling 10245 and 10246 are the way to go. My car will be having a VRX4 camshaft installed. Also what are some suggested mods for the oil pump? I've heard a larger oil pan or just add an extra 1/2 quart or so?

Auto or m6 car. If auto 323 gear or m6 342 gear the your motive part number is GM75410. If your car is auto 273 gear then add an X into the end of that part number. For oil pumps the Melling 10295 is the one you want.

Forgot to mention, the car is M6 which will have a VRX4 camshaft installed with the gears and future long term plans of adding a turbocharger. Does this change which oil pump I should get vs 10295/10296 and will I need a bigger oil pan?
