Screw in axle stud removal?

Default Screw in axle stud removal?
I have a Moser 12 bolt with LT1 backing plates and screw in 1/2"x2" axle studs.

Is it possible to remove these and install 3" studs withough removing the axle?

No, you'll have to remove the axle. The screw in studs basically look like a bolt. Bob

You should be okay just pulling the axle out and leaving the bearing on the axle. Bob
