I've never had a 12 bolt rear end, always had 9 in,
trying to take the entire rear end apart to rebuild it and switch gears. Cannot get axles out. Do not see where there are c clips. It's supposed to be a Moser rear end. Any help.would be appreciated. I'm attaching pics to help someone who knows more than I do identify what the deal is
Got the axles out just took a whole lot more than I was used to to get them out any help in identifying the kind of carrier I have would be appreciated
Looks like a trutrac. Great diff for moderate use. Should handle decent power and be very smooth. I had one before I went spool.
thanks, when you say decent power, im gonna be making well over 800 to the tires. the rears been whining like crazy, thats why Im pulling apart. usually whining is either gears themselves or pinion bearing right?
