Default rear end issue

2010 Chevy Silverado 4.8. Automatic.
I can shift out and in from Park to Drive. No issues. differential fluid was topped off a month ago and was checked yesterday (still fin). My main concern is when I shift to Reverse from Park and try to move I advance about 5 feet then my truck seizes. It will unlock only after I play with it back and forth then i can finally pull out. Same thing occurs when shifted in Neutral. Suddenly locks up and stops turning. Have had that problem for a month now. As well as my truck pulling to the right slightly as i drive down the road. Going to replace the springs and cylinder in the rear Drums the see if that helps with either issue but i'd appreciate some feedback.

Sounds like your right rear brake has an issue and is binding in reverse and dragging in drive.
