Default 3.50 or 3.73

Looking for alittle feed back .I have 2000 z28 with a nitrous 370 t56 and a 9inch on 28 inch qtp's . It is a new build did alittle testing at the end of last seson it went 10.55 at 134mph and I was crossing the traps at 6900 7000 rpm .I dont want to turn the motor anymore than 7k and that was just a 100 shot with very conservative timing and I can spray 400 I have not weighed the car but I imagine its probly around stock weight Any thoughts would be appreciated thanks

3.50's will take you to 152 @ 6900 with a t56 in 4th with 26's and 164 with 28's. 3.73 will get you 143 with 26's and 154 with the 28's at 6900 rpms. What gears are you running now? 4.11's and 28"? If so that will still get you 140mph. I would estimate where the trap mph will be and run the gear combo that gets you there with the 28's you are running at the rpm your want.

Great tool for calculations of gearing/tires.
