Help with moser axleshaft please!
I have been fighting with this last few hours I can only get the driver side to go in so far. I have taken it out 3 * to double-check the spline etc make sure everything is fine. It looks like the shaft is only going in a little over an inch into the center section I don't know if that's up to par or not? Meanwhile the passenger side went in fine 0 problems at all ..I only had to tap a few times with a mallet to get it to go in all the way. I have hit the driver side end repeatedly and won't go in any more other than this.(pics) thanks for any input guys!

It is a 9-inch and I do have the correct shafts going in each side. I even just got done Borescoping it to make sure there was no obstruction and it kind of looks like Moser gave me a shaft a bit too long. I guess I will welcome myself to the club after more research it looks like that this has happened to others before..

Alan found out one of the housing ends was slightly bent, which was the cause of his problems. I'm glad you got it figured out Alan!! Bob
