Default Need help diagnosing a jeep!!! Please help!!

Alright guys I’ve been a member of these forums for some years now and many of you have really helped me with your knowledge and experience while I was in the process of building my 6.0/glide s10 and I’ve decided to bite off more than I can chew purchasing a stellantis made vehicle silly me… I’ve been dumping cash into my 2020 gladiator rubicon left and right now for the past few months tracking down a drivetrain whine I used the excuse to do a regear that I had driveshaft pro out of garden grove CA do for me and they’ve told me my t-case sounds like an Engine running without oil so of course I get under there spin my output shaft and I hear a very similar but faint whine to what I was hearing sounding like what I was hearing around 60mph unfortunately I have to come here because the gladiator forum guys are about as worthless as a plan b a month after the act with their “take it to the dealer” so anyway my t-case is sitting in 100 pieces on my tailgate and this is what I examined (photos for reference) my thrust washer seems to be making some unwanted contact with the planetary carrier there’s some wear and slight bluing going on, there seems to be a little bit of play between my Sun gear and planetary gears themselves and my sun gears teeth appear to be pretty polished. I’ve looked and looked on how to identify what is “worn” as I’m not a tranny tech I bang out sheet metal for a living so please any knowledge is appreciated. Thank you all!
