What gears do I have?

What gears do I have? My sister had her rear end changed out a while back and forgot to ask the guy what size gears were going in 
She is away at college, so I can't do any of the neat little tricks to find out what her gear ratio is. Can anyone tell me the easiest way for her to find out what gears she has based upon her RPM's at a certain speed? Ex. 2300 @ 70mph = ????? or something like that? She is driving a 94 Z28 A4.

PS - Are the trannys on a 94 and a 98 interchangable? I'm about to have an extra one on my hands.
