I talked to my grandpa about the 3.73s i got, i have 3.08s right now. (i have a v6). hes worked on transmissions for a certain company his whole life. he pretty much told me everything ive read about gears on here in the past few weeks. he said he wouldnt recommend upgrading them. the main thing stopping me is that all the streets in my city i drive 50 mph around cuz of the limits.

 

Its really up to U 3:73s are good gears don't Know About how they run behind a V6 thought. You could always find a set a used 3:42 Good over all gear. Just not a real big step up from a 3:08
