Default Will 93-96 axles work in a 97+ 10 bolt?

I vowed I would never put a dime into this rear but I absolutly have to get another season out of this thing. I was offered some Moser C clip eliminator axles dirt cheap. However, when I pulled up the number they are for 93-96s only. What's the differance between the two rears besides the traction control and ABS set ups?

Thanks,
Andrew

I know the backing plates are different thicknesses from the LT1's to a LS1. But maybe the ABS rings are located differently and interfer with the rings.

I believe 98+ axles are different lengths than LT1 axles because you have the different parking brake setup.
