02 rear in 94 car?

02 rear in 94 car?

I'm going 12 bolt soon, and my buddy has a 94 LT1 camaro that needs a new rear end. Can the rear out of my 2002 (abs and tcs) be put in his car? I know the physical dimensions are the same, but will his brakes and stuff bolt up?

It will bolt in but he will have to use his old LT1 axles and brakes. He will also lose his ABS unless his car has TCS too. I don't know if it was available in 94.
