3:73 or 3:42
As I understood it, you have not put your TCI in yet. Once it is in, you may find that you are happy with the 2.73s. The TC will eliminate the sluggishness off the line and help cure the deadspot on the 1-2 shift. For use with street tires, 2.73s and a 3000 - 3500 stall will make a very good combination.
3.42s are not any softer in terms of making it last. 2.73s actually are the strongest of the stock gears.
