I have BMR lower control arms and adjustable panhard rod. They have urethane bushings, with grease fittings, I haven't had any noise from them. I got SLP weld-on subframe connectors because I liked the design of them. Any of the companys have quality pieces, just a matter of how much you want to spend (you can get BMR parts in chrommoly, if you want to spend the $$$)

I'm a big fan of the BMR stuff, have it throughout my car, and have sold quite a few pieces locally. Workmanship and finish are excellent on every piece I have seen. The Chrome-Moly items are not much more than the mild steel versions (excluding the torque arm), and save a little weight. I have the rubber/poly LCAs and would reccommend them for a mostly street driven car.

Default Spohn/BMR

I have Spohn LCA's and Panhard bar. Installed them at the same time I installed my BMR Strut Tower Brace. I could tell a major difference in overall handling and cornering. As for traction, well it almost eliminated the wheel hop, however, it still spins out about the same as before, but, I can tell somewhat an improvement in the overall launch. My only problem now is that the factory shocks are virtually non-functional (at 28,000 miles) and I think Bilstein's will make the difference in the overall handling and traction ... as a supllement to the suspension upgrades I've done. Bilstein's are coming next month. BTW, my factory Panhard rod was bent on one side really bad.
