this ones kind of out there but I was bored one day and started thinking about the pulling ability of my z28. Its M6 with a 9", 3.89 gears, locker and 315 drag radials. I just thought about wrapping a tow strap around my axle and pulling something if I ever had to for some reason.My friend had an old 4x4 bronco with big mud tires and he pulled some car out of his reserved parking spot pretty easily. I was just thinking with my low ground clearance and heavy duty rear end, I probably have some great "tree stump de-rooting" power,

I sometimes tow a trailer with my M6. Your limit is your clutch. I have managed to avoid it, but it doesn't take long to smoke a clutch when pulling something heavy. The only hitch i could find out there is rated at 2000 lbs. As long as you don't have to stop and go very often, the car seems able to pull that weight pretty well.
