Default 12bolts and cornering

Going to buy a 12bolt next month. Probably going to go with a Moser. I love dragracing, I will never give it up. However, I still do like to take my car in the twisties sometimes. I don't powerslide or anything. Will a 12bolt and/or differential be up to the task. I know people buy them to primarily dragrace...

The 12 bolt won't have any noticeable affect on handling. It adds a little more weight to the *** end of the car, which may show a slight difference when sliding around a turn(if thats your thing), but nothing you could tell unless you were really looking for it. I have installed quite a few of these rears in friend's cars, and all handled perfectly fine afterwards.

What about C clip eliminators and going around corners? I heard that they are not good for that.

Well, C-clip elims are bad for aggressive cornering. There's always a chance that an axle will just slide out.

Fortunately, you can use Ford 9" style ends, and have the best of both worlds. Good axle-retention, and no C-clips.

LMAO......

Have you ever installed a set of axles inside a 12 bolt???!! Trust me, those things aren't going to slide out unless your car can pull 19 g's on the skidpad

what to tell them? tapered roller bearings, ala 9", instead of the sealed ball bearings. that's what you tell them, and what i got the SECOND time from them.

never again...
