TA Girdle?

TA Girdle? I'm having a 3.73 gear installed in my car, mods listed below. I currently have the 3.23. Is the girdle really needed? What about the Mac and Jegs version? Just looking for some opinions from some who have been there, done that. It appears most of the problems have been with the M6 and not the A4.

The problems with the M6 compared to the A4 because of the abuse of shifting the next gear. It seems like there is 3 posts per week asking about the TA cover. This has been covered many times over.
