Default Trans fluid leaking from bellhousing!!

http://justin98ta.cz28.com/leak

I woke up this morning to see a quart of transmission fluid on the carport. It's dripping out the flywheel inspection hole. Is there a seal on the input shaft that might be busted? I just had my tranny serviced too.

What to do?

Did they overfill it?? Did they pressure flush it and somehow blow out that front seal I wonder?

It is possible its leaking from the front pump seal. What kind of service was done to the trans?

When that happened to me, my pump was toast (bearing gone).

Since you just had it serviced, I'd take it back to them pronto... it's possible they did something.

What pump? It's a T-56 not an auto. A couple of synchro buttons and slider were replaced.

It's trans fluid.

There is a drain plug below the input shaft that I am going to check, if it's not that then I guess it's the seal.
