Default weak t/a rearend

i have a 99 t/a w/ the ls1 and i have owned this
red beauty for only a month. in this time i have
used the factory warranty (only has 30,000 miles)
already to replace the whole chunk and other things, but my question is this...since the repair i have done "1" burnout and as soon as i did that i can hear the same sound from the rear that i first heard before i sent it in for the repair. the dealer said the rearend in these cars are weak and i quote "you will break it again" but that soon? 2-3 weeks after the repair and only one burnout? i have not drag raced it yet
although i have found out it will do every bit of
the 155 mph on the speedomoter.
