Driveline alignment
to a 31/2 aluminum driveshaft from a 3" chomemoly in a effot to fix it.Well the
new driveshaft killed the u joints in 1500 miles. The pinion angle was set to -1.5,had it at -2 with the steel shaft reduced it on the new one and no help on the vibration.I am thinking that the moser housing in my car may not have the brackets welded on perfectly causing the rear end to sit scewed in the car, compounding the angles the u joints must endure.Anyone know the best way to verify if the rear is in straight?I have adjustable lca's and panhard so
I can tweak it.
thanks in advance

Sounds like you got a bad housing. Do you have any axle shops in you area that have a straightening bar?
were still tight.
I used to have a really bad vibration over 60mph, especially when I let my foot off the gas. Now, no more vibration...
were still tight. As far as I know there are no shops in the twin cities area that have that capability.
